Kick off your next great read - and a chance to win! Houston Public Library invites MyLink Card holders ages 12+ to enter the HPL LEGO World Cup Trophy Contest for a chance to win an official LEGO World Cup Trophy Set. Qualify by borrowing five physical items, completing a TechLink equipment reservation, or finishing a research consultation at one of HPL's History Research Centers. Speak with a staff member to verify your eligibility and get entered in your library's drawing. Don't miss your chance to take home the trophy!

Contest Eligibility:
The contest is open to all HPL MyLink Card holders ages 12 and up who meet any of the following requirements:

•    MyLink Card holders who borrow at least five (5) physical library items from any Houston Public Library location between June 11, 2026 to July 10, 2026. Ebooks, Eaudiobooks, and other digital materials are excluded.
•    TechLink members who have completed an equipment reservation at any TechLink location between June 11, 2026 to July 10, 2026.
•    MyLink Card Holders that have completed a research consultation at the Houston History Research Center, African American History Research Center, or Family History Research Center between June 11, 2026 to July 10, 2026.

Official Rules
•    Only one entry per library card holder. Duplicate entries will be deleted.
•    The contest is open to all participants except employees, contractors, and volunteers of City of Houston, as well as their immediate family members (spouses, parents, siblings, and children).
•    For the purposes of this contest, "staff" includes any individual who is currently employed by, contracted with, or volunteering for City of Houston, regardless of their position or role.
•    Immediate family members of staff, including spouses, parents, siblings, and children, are also ineligible to participate in the contest. This includes any individuals residing in the same household as the staff member.
•    The contest runs from June 11, 2026, through July 10, 2026.
•    A drawing will be held for each library location. Drawings will be conducted by the Houston Public Library by July 13, 2026.
•    Winners will be notified directly.

How to Enter
•    Speak to a staff member at any Houston Public Library location to enter the contest.
•    Staff will verify eligibility and submit the entry on behalf of the participant.
