What is in the archival collections?

Answer

Items such as historical photographs, architectural drawings, census records, correspondence, business records, and so much more can be found in our archival collections.

By searching our Archival Collections Database containing the finding aids for archival collections. In most cases, the collections themselves are NOT available online. Please note, this database also includes the collections of our sister collection the African American History Research Center. Archival collections can be requested in the reading room of the HHRC. Watch this orientation video to get acquainted with the rules of the HHRC’s research room.
