How to Enter
Graphic Artists ages 11-18 are invite to show off their talents by entering an original comic using the theme "Diverse Stories" into this contest.
Entries can be sent by mail or submitted to an HPL location with a completed Entry Form included.

Rules
• Teens can enter alone or in teams of up to four people.
• All artwork, dialogues, and plot must be original unpublished content.
• Comics must be at least four pages, but no more than 14 pages. One page = one side of paper.
• Two of the first three pages must have at least two cells.

Judging
Submissions will be divided into two groups:
Grades 6 – 8 and Grades 9 – 12
Grades 6 – 8 and Grades 9 – 12
Judging will focus on 4 criteria

Deadline
Entries must be postmarked by July 1, 2023 to September 30, 2023.
