Are all the HHRC’s photographs digitized?

Answer

A portion of the over four million images we own are on the Houston Public Library Digital Archive. Our Photographic Archive Database is in index to records for 202,442 of the images owned by the HHRC. Viewing the photos in person may require an appointment. Please contact photo.reference@houstontx.gov for more information.
